It is hot in here

All My friends and I go to this tourist spot about an hour and a half from town. All of us made a habit of going here as a group every Winter, just so every one of us could catch up as well as have some ridiculous and childish fun. Most of the touristy activities are concentrated along this one street near the village, as well as there are dozens and dozens of stores where people sell clothes, novelty gifts, food, souvenirs, as well as cigars. Aside from the usual draws, I always enjoyed going to see this one dude in the alley who was a street performer! This year, I couldn’t find him in the street, although I found out he was spotted by a local talent scout who provided him a job working for one of the shops! When I went into the store where he allegedly worked, I didn’t see him at first. Then I walked closer. I spotted him wearing this super-realistic face mask, but when I saw him, he truly recognized me and he tore his “face” off to hug me! He was running a magic store now, as well as doing tricks for tourists to pull them in. I was amazed to see him with a real job, although I couldn’t help but notice how freaking hot it was in that room. The magician could tell that I noticed, too. He said that he hated how boiling the shop was, however he’d mentioned it a few times to the manager, but the woman said the building is way too old as well as cramped to do anything besides set up box fans. I felt horrible for him, despite the fact that he said not to feel too horrible because he still works on the street at night, where the air is cool and the tips are way higher! I told him that he should consider getting a portable air conditioner for the shop if the manager can’t do anything about the central air. He dismissed it at first, but then I could tell it sounded pretty enticing to him after a moment. Who knows, maybe next year I’ll find the shop to be much more cooler.
